Some guys use it correctly. The only reason im not into it, is the injections that have to be done for it to work properly just to many for me. Taked like 4 injections in each arm every couple days.

Flex ...one of my fav ! Ruhl and Nassar of course but in an interview Chris Clark said about 95% of the top competitors use them . I believe so if you know how to use them right

i always heard tht the oils are for cosmetic only and has nothing to do with hypertrophy of the muscle fibers itself.. pure competition technique.. if im wwrong someone please school me..lol
