about the 5th one I've done, awesome start to the off road running season, not in the best shape of my life but these runs are just a matter of getting it done and staying on your feet Big GrinBig GrinBig Grin

Awesome mate
Hardest one yet (think I say that every year Big Grin)

they threw in peat bogs and shear climbs (had to grab tree roots to get up etc)

I never shifted my excess weight and I bloody felt it
got another trail run in 2 weeks and the hell down south in 6
