hi all new here and new to gear . i am 62 yrs old and have a low t of 200 i have all the symptoms no energy no sex have it all. so my question is i started 4 weeks ago on Pentadex 300 (Testosterone Blend) by Sciroxx for replacement therapy. i take 500mg every ten days . do i need to cycle or stay on this full time and monitor my levels. also any info you help me with i appericate. THANKS

I don't know that a test sust is the way to go for hrt. I would have stuck to a single ester test e test c or test p. I have not yet seen any one dose hrt like what your stating that sounds like your levels would be jumping quite a bit.

For hrt I believe you should be using Test-e/c/p as SkinyGuy said.
The dose should be 100 to 150 mg per week= 1 jab.
Not PCT is required as you are on this for the rest of your life.
Not sure if an AI would be needed or not, but probably a good idea to have some on hand just in case.
