This was a decent protein powder. The taste was half descent and it did a fair job. I only tried the vanilla flavor and it was fair. I took 2 scoops (42 grams of protein) twice per day. It mixes well in a shaker, but gets too lumpy when mixed with a spoon. The best part of this product was the price. It is a cheaper protein powder with a good amino acid profile.
What I don't like is it is all whey protein concentrate, which makes the quality not as good as some others. I would give this product a 6/10 because it is a good price, but there are better tasting whey protein and better quality for not much more money.
