my mrs has osteoarthritus and i've been toying with the idea of getting her some var and starting her on 10mg per/day.
i've done abit of research on it and it seems that it should be alright as its been used for osteoarthritus trials and wroks really good to strengthen the bones, was just looking for other peoples input on it.
she does work out 3times a week same as me, but does mainly cardio she's not looking for gains, well maybe strength alittle as she does struggle when its playing up.
i was thinking of getting her to do a months cycle then if it does work well i would like to see if we can get it prescribed for her.
