As we all no lads scales are usless for bodybuilders lose one pound of fat and gain two pounds of muscle and ur BMI goes up. But i did invest 80 uk pounds in a set that done body fat via a electric current ive since found out that these type of scale are at best usless, and only calipers are accurate but when i read up everyone has different ways of doing them, take 3 measurments, take 6, take 7 u can do on your own or u realy need somone to do them for u. Does anyone know the best way forward.
I dont compete but i do try to be the best i can be work and family allowing lol.

I bought some scales too, I have some calipers and knew my body fat was around 16% at the time, the scales brought me in at 26% lol
Pretty impossible to do yourself though mate, think I tested 6 spots but not too sure now. I'll have to root out my %logs
The mirror technique works a treat unless you start to tuck in and tense to fool yourself

I tried the waist neck formular and it's the same as the calipers, so yes it's confermed i'm fat.
