The ExCel centre will be playing host to the British Grand Prix and Fitness Expo on Saturday and Sunday, with a host of great attractions, including âworld-classâ bodybuilding, power building, weight and fitness training and Mixed martial arts (MMA), as well as advice on nutrition, meal replacements and bodybuilding supplements.
The Mr Olympia competition will seek to find the best amateur bodybuilder and the latest cover star of Menâs Health, while the Giants Live Strongman Grand Prix will test the physical strength and endurance of its contestants.
For the kids and extreme sports enthusiasts, the expo will host skateboarding and BMX displays, and other demonstrations.
Event Promoter James Collier said: âWeâre proud that the event is being supported by some of the industryâs top names, and the fact that weâre holding the first ever Amateur Olympia in London really shows how serious this event is going to be.
