I'm down to the last stubborn pockets of body fat, and that's where things get frustrating. At this stage, fat loss slows down and my body seems determined to hold onto certain areas. The problem is that if I keep cutting calories to get leaner, I risk losing muscle along with the fat. I'm at the point where the trade-off becomes questionable: chase a slightly leaner look and sacrifice hard-earned muscle, or accept that my body may have a natural stopping point without taking things to an extreme. Can a peptide really help?
