Yeah about that coughing fit I read a thread on another site and seems everyone hits/nicks a vein sooner or later and they all think they are going to die the first time it happens. Lol ever time I pin now I'm scared it going to be my turn to hack up a lung.

didnt realise the comp is 9weeks so started the d/bol this week so i'll finish it the week before end of comp.

the weight is going on nicely mate, slowed down this last week but just started the d/bol so it should go up pretty well when that kicks in.
last time i checked i'd put on well over a stone.

hey its not over till the fat lady sings!!!
i had the same sickness thing about a month before the comp started.

struggling this week, not sure if its since taking the d/bol but i'm having to force feed myself dont have an appetite at all.
