Here is currently what Iâm doing five days a week any insight would be greatly appreciated. Monday- Legs, Tuesday- Chest and Triâs, Wednesday- Back and Biâs, Thursday- Shoulders and Friday is big arms I just destroy my Biâs and Triâs then take a two day break and start again Monday. Tried to upload pictures of my actual work outs but am having issues.
