distractions
#1

You’ve got to block out all distractions when you train.
Your focus has to be 100% into the rep.
You’ve got to get into a zone.
You know you’re in the zone when guys in the gym look you in the eye and then quickly turn away ’cause they see the fire.
You’ve got to be all business

I prefer my garage. What it lacks in equipment it makes up for by being empty and playing exactly what I want to hear. Well, the no wait time or fees is nice too.

Downside: non air conditioned garage in Sonoran desert. .. lol

I mostly train in my garage too. No distractions. But can be bloody cold in the winter Sad

I never do acclimate to the cold very well its 85* and I wearing a hood for the first hour or two to get warmed up. Much better in the heat

I've spent many an hour working out with my coat on!

Luckily I do train inside as well, so that's when I get really sweaty. It's also when these distractions start to be a pain!! It does wind me up when my training partner takes a f%&king phone call during the workout.
