I believe there was a film made along the lines of this.


You are presented with a briefcase containing one million pounds, the person informs that should you take the money one person will drop dead. This coming as a direct result of the choice you have just made.

There will be no further action; ie you will not be arrested, should you take the money.

Would you take it?

To specify; one person of the 7 billion people living will drop dead at random.

Unless it was done earlier I saw a black and white Twilight Zone episode of this then Cameron Diaz did a remake. You pushed a button and it killed one person you didn't know. The twist was at the end they asked who was getting the button next and the answer, "Someone you don't know."

So no, I wouldn't, only because I know I'd be next.
