Protein Bar Recipe
3 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups dried milk
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 cup lite syrup
2 scoops protein powder
2 large egg whites or 1 egg
11/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup raisins or dried fruit and chopped
Line cookie sheet with waxed paper and preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Spread onto sheet, press cutting lines in to make 10 pieces. Bake 15 minutes untill golden brown, cut apart, then cool and wrap. Store airtight at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.

I know that this is an older post, but I have to write to thank you for posting this recipe. I absolutely love whole grain foods and would absolutely love to make this. Wherever did you get this recipe? Sounds really delicious!

This has "dam you auto correct written all over it". Thanx for the recipe CC. does it matter what flavor protein or do you use an unflavored kind?

It doesn't matter what flavour you use really, I personally use unflavoured or chocolate, I normally leave out the vanilla extract if I use flavoured

Thanks for sharing this recipe and it is awesome and keep sharing some more recipes like this and it is a perfect protein bar recipe and also nice one.

ive tried so many protien bar recipes. They have all been pretty nasty lol
