Do you use an app to track progress or a notebook and a pen?

I have excel spread sheets I made and keep in a binder with a pen.

I use the 5x5 stronglifts app and itâs made it so much simpler than old school pen paper and notebook. Calculates all my exercises and workouts

Iâm trying to find another strength based program after a few more weeks of running this, I may do it for 12 weeks total or until I start to stall out with weights. Iâve been able to progress as Iâm supposed to , my lifts are up to squat 235, bench 210, row 160, Ohp 140, deadlift will be 255. I started at 180 for squat, dead and bench and ohp I think 100-105 maybe and row was 115 or something I canât remember off the top of my head but Iâve been able to complete reps and sets with increase as well as minimal resting time of 1:30. It is getting harder and may be getting stuck soon but we will see

in most cases I use my phone now however I feel that there is a special feeling when you write all reps and sets in an old notebook which smells dumbells and barbell....
