grams of protein

How many grams of protein should you up your intake while on a steroid cycle. Pretty much how many grams per body weight to see good muscle gains?

alotta diff answers your gonna get,me i get as much as i can from time i wake up til time i go to sleep.never went with the whole grams per pound thing. I get in pretty much same weather im on cycle or not,but i never come off test,i jus cruz between cycles!!

Is 100 gr of turkey raw & cooked are the same value

Graham I believe the grams of protein are worked out after cooking so always go with 100gms cooked weight not raw as poultry is inedible raw!!

Yes this its how ive always done it since it will shrink down also 100gs of cooked chicken breast will have closer to 30gs of protein other places will say 20-25 but thats with raw weight people get it mixed up
