Warm up - 2 x curls, 2 x pushdowns

Cable curls: 4 x 8
Superset with
Straight bar pushdowns: 4 x 10

Rope hammer curls: 3 x 8
Superset with
Rope pushdowns: 3 x 8

Reverse grip curls: 3 x 8
Superset wth
Reverse grip pushdowns: 3 x 8

Lying biceps curls: 3 x 8
Superset with
Overhead rope cable extensions: 3 x 8

Missed Biceps yesterday so did arms today as a catch up, Decided to do all cable work and supersets.
It was a great workout, felt really good when done!

Seated rows: 2 x 12

T-Bar rows: 2 x 6

Good workout, really exhausted the muscles!
Next shot - 250mg of Testoviron and 200mg of Tren Enanthate.

Shoulder Press: 3 x 6, 6 and 7

Shrugs: 2 x 12 and 8

Side laterals: 2 x 8

Close grip bench press: 3 x 12, 10 and 8

Pushdowns: 2 x 10

Dips: 1 x to failure

No probs, At the moment a typical day goes as follows:

05:30 - Protein shake
06:30 - Gym
Protein shake straight after training
08:30 to 09:00 - 6 egg whites, 2 yolks, 2 slices wholewheat toast and oats
11:30 - Chicken breast with rice and veggies
14:00 - Protein shake
17:00 - Turkey steak with baked potato and veggies
20:00 - Tuna or turkey steak with salad or veggies
Before bed - Casein protein shake mixed with 2 spoons of peanut butter

I also add protein bars or yogurt mixed with fresh fruit sometimes depending on how I feel.
I'm not always strict with my diet and I do have 1 cheat day each week.

Started off with next shot of Testoviron at 250mg and Tren Enanthate at 200mg, added 50mg of Anavar.

Legs

Warm up - Leg extensions: 3 x 20, 2 and 2

Leg extensions: 3 x 10, 8 and 8

Squats: 4 x 12, 10, 8 and 6

Leg extensions: 2 x 15 - 20 (yes again for the pump)

Leg curls: 3 x 12, 10 and 8

SLDL: 2 x 12 and 10

Good Mornings: 1 x 12 (for the stretch)

Leg curls: 3 x 12 (for the pump)

Cable crossovers: 2 x 10

EZ bar cable curls: 3 x 10, 6 and 6

One arm machine concentration curls: 2 x 10 and 6
