This may be caused by a past experiance or relationship , maybe you have been hurt by a loved one and find it hard to trust again , maybe a childhood experiance has made you look at people who are not like you in anger , there are many factors and you might not even know yourself , if you are worried about your anger issues i would go and see a doctor and explain how you feel !

The idea is that it is hard for me to tell others what I feel and I always want to get what I want.
