Did the should routine tonight it was great and it had been a while since i did it excatly as outlined its soo good
also have started this ab routine ill do it a couple times a week
Hanging leg raises 3 X 12
Rope crunches 3 X 12
seated leg raises 3 X 12
decline crunches 3 X 12
+
3 sets of planks till failure
