think i finally found a rep range that kill my legs and its around 15 reps .
im also doing some balance ball training in my leg work out ..
ie . squats 4x15 then super set with balance bal squats holding a 25 lb plate for 4x20 reps ...
weighed in at 196lbs with my shorts and shoes on !
