I may be wrong. But did any one else notice his right bicep has an odd lump. Question I dont want to say synthol. I am no expert but it looks really odd, and smooth to me. PG 162 NEW FLEX JAN MAG. Front double bi. look at it. That is weird. really. Either he just has an odd shaped bicep or its something else.
