This was a top-notch protein powder supplement. I thought that the taste was alright, not too bad, but nothing special. The quality of the product was great. Each serving has 55 grams of protein, 3 grams of carbs, and is rich in amino acids. I felt like I got better results with this protein powder more than most others.
I would rate this product a 9/10 because it gives off better results than most other protein powders, taste was alright, but there is better. I would go with the chocolate flavor. If you haven't tried this product yet, you may be surprised.
