A look at a few advantages of owning a home gym
#2

I've been training in the gyms, mostly Gold's Gym, since 1985. In all of my decades of training, I've had one exercise machine but never a gym. The major downfall to owning home gym equipment, IMHO, as well as most exercisers is the assumption of "I'll skip today but train tomorrow" syndrome. As long as the equipment is there, we can train with it. But in due time, we'll get lazy. Trust me, when I got into stairclimbing back in the 90s, I bought myself a stairclimbing exerciser. In a few months, it became a great dirty clothes hanger for me. I'd come home from work, undress, then place my clothes on the machine until I'm ready to bring them to the cleaners.

I had quite a few friends who did the same. But what I've noticed is that as long as gym membership fees are debited from your bank account, it will eventually force you to use it more.

Loved by some, Hated by most, but RESPECTED BY ALL
