You can always create a ticket and ask on GBN. They're pretty responsive and should get back to you shortly. It varies person to person, but you can start with a 0.25mg to 0.5mg twice a week and see how that works for you. For example, my last cycle I'd inject M/W/F, and I'd take my caber on T/TH.
