Hi, thank you. Well my wife of 9 years left me. Stupid me did not train nor eat for over 3 months. I lost 22 pounds. Well the cycle is cheating. It took me months or years to make progress on my own. So that is the reason. I have not lost everything. Now I look just fit.. haha
