That may be true but I don't think the slight benefits of coming off to lower shbg out weighs the benefits of staying on and continually building size and never losing any. Dropping the doses periodically is good though, as you don't lose much. Coming off just to lower shbg is negated because you lose size, then you spend the first month or two putting size back on and by then your shbg is already rising.
