Add a weight plate to your sit-ups

This simple tweak can add an extra 40kcal of energy usage to every 30 reps in a session. Perform the classic sit-up – but hold a plate to your chest with both hands, tucking your chin in to your chest as you rise and fall. This builds your abs as your trim the fat that’s hiding them.
