dam my gym is so busy at the moment
not finding it that hard to get on things

but changing things up like chest is Friday cos its a lot less buy

delts on Monday they busy day and to be fair can do them standing with dumbells so just changes the way I do things around

as train during lunch so cant change the time and the gym is 2 seconds from my work so makes easy

there is gym bit further like to go to called xtream is great gym but just driving time there and lack of showers as its hard core type gym makes it just not suitable
would really prefer to train somewhere like that all time really
