does anyone hear have friends who go gym and lift often
or even have people they train with

most people I know outside of gym don't lift at all and have no idea what I talk about
never even managed to get someone to come with
know more people I work with that gym than outside work
I have met new friends in the gym and train with people to the point they now become outside friends

so do you have lifting partner or friends that lift on same level as yourself
