I see what he's saying looking good from bodybuilding does not mean that your healthy at all which I agree 100%, and when dieting down to the single digit bf numbers it does effect my all around feeling of well being but I think that when dieting down while on gear is different than doing it without. I've done it both ways and doing it while on gear is much easier and I feel much better than doing it without. Good video
