I'd have to say smoking. It has so much that's wrong with it. Not just because it killed my dad!
A few beers every now and then or a glass of wine won't really do any harm.
But all three are bad if you abuse them! Overdo or abuse more or less anything and it becomes unhealthy. Except shagging. (Unless the wife finds out!)
