The thyroid hormones, T3, T4 are the only hormones I have experience with, since I had at one time had thyroid issues. It took a year to get my TSH in a normal range. However, I have zero experience using it as an aid.
For those with a normal functioning thyroid, would they be at risk throwing it off taking T3?
What about me, would you advise I stay away from thyroid hormones?
