In the Army and man its tough on your diet. Going to the field for about a week at a time with nothing to eat but MRE's. 1200 calories a pack and its pretty much a bunch of carbs, CANT BEAT THEM RANGER BARS THO 
. As someone stated above my fridge is just tupperware. Come sunday night my wife and I spend an hour or so in the kitchen preparing the food for the week. Im the cheap ass that takes his lunch in his truck and eats haha....
