I do it at least once per year to check each organ is working well.
Same here. Once a year with my annual physical. If I felt something might be problematic, I would have my blood work checked more frequently.
Related to blood work (part of complete blood count assessment); at times my hematocrit runs high (side effect of AAS) ( Hematocrit test Definition - Tests and Procedures - Mayo Clinic ) . When that happens I simply donate blood for one, two, or more months, have my CBC rechecked, until my hematocrit has returned to normal level.
