With regards to the video, maybe I misunderstood that but I would take that as 8 weeks of Test and Deca followed by 8 weeks of Test and Eq followed by 8 weeks of Test and Tren.
With regards to the original question, I can see absolutely no benefit in using Equipoise and Tren for only one week.
Personally I would reduce the Deca to 400mg or increase the Test to 750mg per week.
