Wow what a day a few disappointments but a steady improvement from last time
385 squat failed my 435 attempt
415 bench failed my 445 2nd attempt and got robbed of my 445 3rd attempt it was very frustrating. Judge was busy talking to someone behind me, and well I just heard voices and lifted
445 deadlift got it solid and was also a PR
Videos will be posted once I have wifi
My girlfriend cranked out an amazing 330 deadlift super proud of her on that one. I will post this also
