So, I finally opened up my Kalpa Halo and dumped them into my trusty Zyrtec bottle...
Ran the compound for 3 days and benched on day 3... Wow That was the day in my journal where I put up 335lbs with the 135lb resistance band. Strength was incredible.
I have sense discontinued use of the halo and am letting my liver have a little break with lots and lots of UDCA and Milk Thistle. I plan on taking it my last 3 weeks up to my competition. May the gods be with me
I definitely give a solid recommendation for the Kalpa Halo to anyone who is looking for a good edge in the gym.
