Working out with sore muscles makes you bigger

Pre-workouts build muscle


Don’t bench more than your bodyweight because it’s bad for your ribcage/heart

Home made hamburgers are unhealthy

You gotta cycle off creatine or else your body stops producing it

You’ll get stretch marks if you don’t stretch properly before a workout

You can’t gain muscle and lose fat at the same time

Taking a cold shower right after workout will freeze muscle size and keep the ”pump”.
