I use caffine and green tea now and then i cycle them in and out when i feel i need them to boost me up i dont drink high caffine drinks like coffee or any thing like that and i dont go loopy on caffine ive a high tolerence for it so 300-400mg in the morning when i use it is plenty to wake me up keep my body a tiny bit hot well i sweat a bit more lol
