DO NOT INJECT if you pull back on the syringe and there is blood in it!!
The reason you asspirate(pull back on the syringe is to make sure you have not hit a vein)
Therefore when you pull back on the syringe it should be clear.
If there is blood in the syringe take it out and inject somewhere else
