Think I've solved the mystery of why I'm so shattered today. Sure, 3 hours sleep is a factor, of course it is......but what definitely won't have helped matters is - after taking my 6th 'paracetamol' to shift the accompanying headache - that I've just realised they're actually 1-a-night SleepEaze tablets.1-a-night, huh? Ahhh. So, 6-in-a-day probably f*cks you right over, then?
