Chest and tri's
Benchpress machine
3*10-8-6
Over head tricep push db
4*10-8-8-8
Db flys
3*10-8-7
Db skull crushers
3*8
Standing cable flys (starting high and ending low)
3*10
Tricep push downs flat-bar
3*10
Stand cable flys(starting below the shoulder and ending infron of your face)
3*10
On handed reverse grip tri pull down
3*10-8-8
Close grip bench press
3*10-8-6(these kicked my ass and threw me out the gym)
Alright let me start off by saying I feel absolutely amazing!! I feel like I look way bigger and like I said before my pumps are amazing right now I'm still not sleeping as well as I was but I have had a hard time sleeping in the past. Can't wait to do legs hopefully they will benefit in the way I hoped from the cycle.... I'm goin to take a volume approach to my legs due to their condition. I don't think my ankle can take more than the deads I'm doing.
