Hey up,just wandered how many months break do I need after a 10 week test e cycle until I can do another cycle.how do you work it out.

normally (or at least what most do is) length of cycle plus PCT = time.

so if your cycle is 10 weeks and your pct is 4 weeks then the total length of time off would be 16 weeks.

10 weeks cycle
2 weeks between last injection and start of pct
4 weeks of pct

Total 16 weeks
