Oatmeal anyone ?

Oatmeal

Oats contain about 12g of protein per 100g serving. Adding a cup of yogurt to your bowl of oatmeal will add another 8-10 grams of protein scoop of protein powder another 20grams to 30 grams to your snack. Serve warm oatmeal with a bit of maple syrup or cinnamon on top.

I've been eating oats for decades because they are supposed to lower cholesterol. A cheap and healthy way to get calories as well.

I can't get into the bland tasting original oatmeal. I prefer either strawberry & cream, peaches & cream, or apple cinnamon flavors. I usually add protein shake mix for extra protein and either raisens or strawberries for extra fiber and flavor.
