Flip side
#1

On the flip side of bodybuilding, there’s always the Bulk. The time in a Bodybuilders life when eating every 2 hours certain types of foods becomes a chore. Of course, without eating so much and so often will sacrifice your gains, but nevertheless, this is a Problem that you don’t mind dealing with, although its rather annoying at times.

Truly wish there was a nutrient/macro dense food that was light and didn't take much. Imagine if you could get all your macros in three small meals, or even two. LOL! Dreams I guess. I like vegetables, but they do little for my macros.

MREs ought to get you close. They're balance and around 12500-1500 calories each. Not that cheap but they are ready to eat!

MRE = Meal Ready-to-Eat. They're pre packaged meals we give our militants while in the field. Not five star cuisine, but hey, I like the salsbury steak. hahaha!

You can normally find them in military surplus stores, as well as online.

Cool! I am looking into it. I dont know why I dislike the eating process so much. Although I do not dislike it enough to make me not do it, but I’d love to make it easier, such as preparing meals at the beginning of each week has.
