hi i got a quick question.
people in the gym have been telling me if i do the bike after weight training it will help burn more fat that bike before weight training but other people tell me the opposite?!?

which is correct bike before or after training ?

I just do not have enough energy to do that after training so I am doing cardio in the morning however I do not think there will be huge difference taking into account that in both cases there is no glycogen in the liver and body will use fat for energy.

apparently cardio after training is something like 300% more effective.

if you can do it.. then great, if not then fit it in where you can.

the key to burning fat is in the calorific deficit - not when you do cardio Wink

Hi, I am doing cardio in the morning when I am not training this way I am not so exhausted and can be full of energy at the work.
