Youâve got to block out all distractions when you train.
Your focus has to be 100% into the rep.
Youâve got to get into a zone.
You know youâre in the zone when guys in the gym look you in the eye and then quickly turn away âcause they see the fire.
Youâve got to be all business

I prefer my garage. What it lacks in equipment it makes up for by being empty and playing exactly what I want to hear. Well, the no wait time or fees is nice too.
Downside: non air conditioned garage in Sonoran desert. .. lol

I've spent many an hour working out with my coat on!
Luckily I do train inside as well, so that's when I get really sweaty. It's also when these distractions start to be a pain!! It does wind me up when my training partner takes a f%&king phone call during the workout.
