i 6ft at 58 im just trying to stay together and recover form injury. How big?
When I left Afghanistan last year I was at 220 and getting there Shoulder injury last June and not being able to get the stuff want here in Iraq ive dropped to 190 and i look small.
Id ultimately like t be in the 220 range but a lot leaner and bigger muscle wise than I have now. so Ive got 30 lbs to put on and not have it be flab.

Hey Old Dog,
Im 6'1 and about 220 now. I feel decent in size but feel like a lean 230 would be more my speed. Felt small at 210 when I was down.

well now that i'm finally getting over my relapse after the last 14-15mnths were wasted and i totally destroyed all of my gains that took 6yrs to build up...i wanna get as big as possible.to the point when i walk into the gym,remove my hoodie wearing nothing but a wife beater or sleeveless flannel and have ppl gasp and say "holy s**t,wtf is wrong with him?! he looks like a genetic mutation that done mutated!"
that's how big...

I'm 5'11 at 215 at 12% BF...trying to get to 220 at and walk around at 9-10% bf...I have some work to do...once I get there we will see if I'm satisfied...I don't think any of us on here will ever be satisfied though! It will just be time to move on to another goal
