53. I don't feel it, but I definitely don't feel 40 anymore.
Fortunately I work with people who are younger than me, in an occasionally physical job. We're lucky enough to be able to weight train at work and that keeps me motivated.
As I've stated in plenty of posts, my intention is to die while pushing too much weight - in my eighties or nineties! I'm not fussy.
