Uninspired choice but I'd pick Arnold, for the intensity and for the laughs and banter.
Dorian runs him a close 2nd but cant imagine there being much humour in a training session with Dorian lol

Dorian for me. I just can't seem to get his system right. I'd want to see for myself, in the flesh, how his all out one set per exercise works.
Having said that, I think if I could perfect it I'd have so many injuries in the first week that I'd never be able to train again! Lee Haney's stimulate, not annihilate works better for me.
