Tuna & Egg Protein Salad

• 1 can tuna in brine or spring water
• 75 – 100 g new potatoes
• 2-4 plum tomatoes
• 100g green beans
• 75g fresh lettuce
• 1 red onion, finely sliced (optional)
• 1-2 boiled eggs
• Handful of black olives
• Handful of basil leaves
• 2 tbsp virgin olive oil
• 2 tbsp chopped parsley
• 2 tbsp fresh chives
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
Preparation method
1. Whisk together the, olive oil, parsley, chives, salt and pepper.
2. Place the tuna in a shallow dish followed by the remaining
ingredients.
3. Mix thoroughly stirring in the olive oil, parsley, chives, salt and
pepper.
4. Enjoy
